Foxit Reader - pdf printer and better reader than Adobe's, with tabbed interface.
Q-Dir - File Explorer alternative, with up to 4 open windows at a time.
pCloud - Free 10 GB of free file space. Better than Dropbox by far.
Calibre - ebook reader. Excellent and seems to read all file types.
Moftsoft FreeCalc - Onscreen tape calculator. I use it ALL the time, but then I'm an Accountant.
UltraSearch - a MUCH better file finder than M$ provides with Windows.
Cloudberry - a FREE remote desktop program that' simple and intuitive.
Virtual Clonedrive - By Elaborate Bytes is a great virtual DVD drive for free.
Image Burn - If anyone is still using CDs or DVDs anymore.
Softether VPN - A good free VPN, though I paid for Nord VPN
ThinkOrSwim - an incredible stock portfolio tracker, if there are any other stock market geeks out there.
